Falcon Bowl Reborn as an Entertainment Venue
When Falcon Bowl—the historic bar, bowling alley, and community gathering space—was at risk of redevelopment, Riverwest Investment Cooperative (RIC) stepped in to keep it in community hands.
Now, with new tenants and a revitalized vision, Falcon Bowl is getting ready to welcome a new era. Longtime Riverwest residents Dan Gnadt, Will Desing, and Russ Grabczyk are leading the charge, bringing experience in hospitality, design, and music. They're reimagining the space with care: expanding the stage, upgrading the sound system, and opening up the venue to more live shows and community events—all while preserving the character that makes Falcon Bowl a Riverwest institution.
Kitt Pellegrini, a veteran of Milwaukee’s service industry and Riverwest native, has joined the team to manage the bar and build community connections. With a passion for the neighborhood and a sharp eye for welcoming spaces, Kitt is helping shape Falcon Bowl’s next chapter as both a local hangout and a hub for music, art, and connection.
RIC’s investment ensured this iconic space stays rooted in the community. The next chapter is just beginning.
