Milwaukee Community Land Trust  – The vision of the MCLT is a city without homelessness and housing insecurity, where everyone has a great place to live at a price they can afford.

 NorthEast Investment Cooperative – NEIC is a cooperative that allows residents of Minnesota to invest financially to collectively buy, rehab, and manage commercial and residential property in Northeast Minneapolis. They got the idea from us, but their success is all their own.

 Shared Capital Cooperative – Shared Capital provides financing for the expansion and startup of cooperatively-owned businesses and housing throughout the United States.
